Plain English: this app is built to keep receipts, proof notes, and monthly packets private. We do not sell your ledger data. We use it only to run the product, secure your account, and prepare the reports you ask for.

Information we collect

We collect the information you enter or upload: account email, receipt photos or files, OCR receipt fields, calendar proof notes, business purpose notes, people/company details you save for reuse, and generated monthly packets.

How we use it

We use your information to save your private ledger, read receipt details, help you complete missing proof, create monthly expense/accountant/audit packets, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the app, and improve reliability.

What we do not do

We do not sell your receipt, ledger, or account data.
We do not automatically send packets to accountants, employers, or the IRS.
We do not connect bank, card, email, or calendar accounts unless you explicitly approve a future feature that does that.
We do not make automatic tax-deductibility decisions for you.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, payment processing, and receipt OCR. They are used only to operate the app and are not allowed to sell your private ledger data.

Payments

If paid plans are enabled, payment details are handled by Stripe or another approved payment processor. The app should not store raw card numbers.

Data retention and deletion

You can ask for your account or ledger data to be exported or deleted. Some records may be retained briefly for backups, security, legal, or accounting requirements.

Security

Private ledger actions require sign-in. We use account sessions and access controls to keep user data separated. No system is perfect, so do not upload information you are not comfortable storing in a business records app.
